The Carnaro Nautical Institute is a Mistral Simulator user since 1998. Through the years the system was constatly updated and maintened and in 2023 it was deeply updated and integrated with new features.
The new Mistral simulator is now composed by one part task bridge with multifunctional maneouvring console and five visual channels, one part task bridge with five visual channels for conventional ship (based on the console already in use in the system) and two desk top bridges based on the Shipsim Virtual Bridge.
